We periodically have horses available that have graduated our "Great Gelding" program, successfully making the transition from "gate to great". Most of these horses spend 6 months to two years in our training program and we make them available to the public when we feel they are ready to go on to a new career - whether as a ranch horse, eventer or your next trail riding companion. Click on the links below to see who is available and check back often as horses graduate!
Cheongnyong Bisang (Doc Ruel)
2011 Chestnut Thoroughbred Gelding
Korea's Champion Two-Year-Old in 2011 and the winner of the first leg of their Triple Crown the following year, Doc is the epitome of class. There is no horse that works harder or gives more than he does while at the same time being trainable, calm and super fun to ride. A foxhunter's delight! Currently gaining experience in the field with Live Oak Hounds. Located in Thomasville, GA. Click here for more information on Doc.
2010 Chestnut Gelding
15.2 1/2 Hands
If you like a chromey chestnut, “Demmi” is your guy! He has been a champion on the range and as an added bonus has show experience as well in dressage and hunter under saddle classes. But we can also envision this all-around gelding in the hunt field based on how well he handles himself in all sorts of terrain. His rocking chair lope won't tire a rider heading out for a full day's adventure.

2013 Bay Thoroughbred Gelding
This son of Distorted Humor out of an A.P. Indy mare was lightly raced, and has stolen our hearts with his bravery out in the rough country. 'Thomas" has put in some big days on rides gathering cattle, putting the older horses to shame. He'd make a great hunt mount and is small enough for the ladies. Here's another one that thrives on attention, but isn't a sissy when it's time to get to work. Click here for more information on Thomas.
We answer your questions about retraining Thoroughbreds for off-track careers and share the stories of the horses on the ranch.
